Subscribe to receive occasional StackSnack product updates. The signup checkbox starts unchecked. Scanning your app does not subscribe you. After signup, confirm your email using the link we send. You are not eligible for newsletters until you confirm.
No spam. No sales lists.
We never sell or rent your email address, buy mailing lists, or provide your address for another company’s marketing. Newsletter signup is separate from feedback, payments, monitoring alerts, and visitor analytics.
What we save
Your email address, when and how you opted in, the wording and version of your consent, your subscription status, confirmation request and completion times, and the information needed to confirm your address and honor unsubscribe requests. We store these records in StackSnack’s database hosted by Render. A confirmed signup also sends your email address and signup and confirmation times to our early-access team at sales@stacksnack.io, using our email delivery provider. The confirmation link expires after 24 hours. Opening the page alone does not subscribe you; click its confirmation button. If you did not request signup, ignore the email. To request another link, wait at least one minute and submit the signup form again. Requests are limited to prevent abuse. Existing unverified records are excluded from newsletter exports until confirmed.
How email will be delivered
When newsletters are enabled, our email delivery provider will process your address to deliver the messages you requested. The confirmation message is sent to complete your signup; no launch announcement or newsletter is sent just because you submit the form. We do not add you to unrelated marketing lists.
Leaving the list
Every newsletter must include a private unsubscribe link. You do not need an account to use it. Unsubscribing excludes the address from future newsletters; submitting the signup form again does not silently clear an unsubscribe preference. We keep the minimal signup and opt-out record while we operate the list so that preference can be honored.
